Why won't gCast won't allow me to add and remove my child accounts?

    There is an additional access level that gCast user's need to have in order to be able to archive (deactivate) or unarchive (re-activate) child accounts in a parent/child hierarchy.

    For each gCast user that needs to be able to archive or unarchive child accounts, the parent account administrator will need to edit each staff member user account in gCast and, on the 'Access' tab, add the 'user has the ability to archive and un-archive child accounts belonging to their parent account' access level (don't remove any existing access levels).

    When the staff member next logs into gCast, they will be able to archive/unarchive child accounts via 'Update Company Details'.
